They make a typing program to teach us how to type that you can get and install on your computer. It'll count your words per minute and the number of errors you make while you learn.
If you don't want to do that, then try this, I did it and it worked for me.
I got into 'my documents' and opened a 'new' file, then opened a book and started typing from the book. Or use a newspaper, anything printed or if you have an imagination, write a story.
The index fingers should be on the "F" for the left hand, and the "J" for the right. Each key should have a slightly raised line at the bottom so you can identify it by touch.
Make sure the spell check is on and when you make a mistake, the spell check should under line it in red, then you can redo that word.
It takes time and practice, but you'll get the hang of it quick enough.

computer keyboard comes with two connections, one is USB and one is PS2. USB keyboards you can attach to USB port and use anytime. But for PS2 connection, you need to restart the system.
