I would suggest you di your hardware & networking first. So when you learn programming side you can have more imagination about what would you do to your logic.
Once you have basic about hardware and networking. The programing side will support a lot.
That is for who interest both.
But some people who only interest on Programming its OK to do Programming first. But Yoy will find a lot art of programming if you already know the hardware side.
This my experience and my opinion. May be another people has another opinion.

First, make sure of what you want to do. Don't get into the computer world just because people make big bucks. People who make big bucks usually love what they do, and are good at it. Find out what you like. Take a couple of internships, jobs where you are not paid, and check out both the hardware and software fields. If you are talking about pouring money in training institutes, ensure that you get value for your money.
But the first thing you have to do is figure out what you like. The rest will fall in place automatically.
HTH
P.S. Run a spell checker when you post. Communication is of great importance in the computer world.

Well it is all upon on your own test. what you like most i.e, wiring the computers and responsible for computer that all around you. going to outside for various complaints you recieve as h/w technisan or you like to just sit in your computer and making flow charts and giving development stratergies to your team if you are team leader. Findig errors and training to your trainee or your junior. H/W is like making your own shope and earning through bargning regards spares of computers and S/W is just as S/W employee and earn beased on salary in particular S/W company.

I would say C++, although you will need all of it so do whatever you are most interested in last, do the hard stuff first, although non of it is really hard.
