how do you make a PC (Win Xp) look like OS X? I hate macs, but they look sweet!

I want to make a running log and put it on my page so my friend can see- she lives in another city so she can see what i'm doing and vice versa- and if i you change it- if it will change automaticaly kind of- i guess it would have to come from online site though huh??
do i make sense??

I'm taking Web Design and I need to know how to insert an image onto a webpage. right now we're just working with notepad. what's the tab and what do you put after it to take an image from, say piant and get it on the webpage when you save it as an html?

A lot of computer programmers notice the advantages of other operating systems [OS] like Linux and Mac (for multimedia), but what would it take for the general public to switch over to one of these OSs?
1. Better tech support?
2. Better/More Games?
3. Easier to use?
4. Make it look like Windows so I won't know the difference?
