I need help to copy two different things into a CD Rom. It's not that it has a full capacity, its just that IK don't know how to use it. Can anyone help?

I did a system restore and it let me save some files to my c drive, I cannot access those files. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could restore those files. On my cdrive their is a folder that says my backup and it has all the information saved before the restore. I can see all my mp3s but when I try to burn them it says unsupported files in both real and media player. Somebody help please these are too many files to throw away, Help

since I installed it my Yahoo Messenger can't be opened anymore....everytime i open Ym my pc hangs and all i can do is go to taskbar and end it....i've tried reinstallin Ym but didn't help...is aquadock the cause of these?what coul be the problem?

It's not a folder... Just a random .exe file that was found on my desktop today. I tried to delete it, but it said it was running. I'm pretty good with computers, so I tried to end the process. I ended all of the non-system processes and it still didn't delete. How can I delete it??

I have an Apple IBook G4......I don't know if I need a special program to get a video off a DVD+R onto my computer so that I can e-mail it to my family. Every time I insert the cd into the cd opening (guess that's what it's called?) my DVD player program just starts playing it. But I want it permanently on my computer like my pictures. How do I do this? Let me know if you need any other info. in order to help me out!!! Thanks!!!

on a laptop computer? Windows XP and its a Dell but i don't think the dell thing matters

I'm on XP OS and go Start-Turn Off.

It will log me out, but freezes up after it gets me out. It also does that when I restart. When I try to hibernate or stand by, it will freeze on a black screen. Computer still runs. I have to manually turn it off after that. It's really bugging me. Can you help fix the problem??

I keep getting "task manager has been disabled by your administrator" message.

I think it has something to do with the dialer.platform virus, I just cant seem to get rid of.

Anyone know how to get my task manager back?

By the way I am the only administrator on this computer, and even when I make a new Log in, I get the same message.

I have a older laptop, which is windows 95. Every time i turn it on it starts up fine but right when it is about to login it goes to blank screen and says ''Windows protection error please restart your computer''. and of course the only thing i can do is push the power button. Then if i turn it on again it says improper shutdown detected then i am able to login in safe mode.
My Question is; is there anything i can do in safe mode to fix the problem, maybe somthing i can delete or some settings i can change that will fix the problem. If not, how can i restore the computer to factory settings, For that would most likely correct the problem. I very much appreciate any answers. thankyou for your time.

Okay, so my mother had a Gateway and I had a Toshiba, both suck. My mum's Gateway just stopped one day (she treated it well) and it fried her hard drive (It had happened to my cousin's Gateway too). My Toshiba had terrible heating problems, and died from my bad care and over-heating too much. Aside from those two brands, which laptops/computers are best?
