I was suckered into a fake second chance offer through a fake ebay email. I sent the guy $203.00 through the Western Union and I'm pretty sure everything is done and I can't get my money back. Lesson learned I suppose. Is there anything I can do to this guy?

WHENEVER I CONNECT INTERNET...THE NET WILL BE CONNECTED
BUT I CAN'T BROWSE THE NET..
WHENEVER I GIVE THE ADDRESS TO ADDRESS BAR IT WILL SHOWS "INTERNET EXPLORER COULD NOT OPEN THE PAGE"

I don't get this at all.... I asked a question a week or so ago about TV reception, got one answer, and now today it has been removed? Noone would have even been looking at it anymore, would they? There was nothing wierd, offensive, or ulterior, I just wondered who to contact when our local telecommunications tower was damaged.

Well Ive been noticing my comp has been running slower and i couldnt figure out why. SO I mentioned to my bro-in-law this. ANd he said there are 3 problems with downloading. 1) download a virus 2)if peer-to-peer, these ppl have acces to ur comp. 3)but he said the main problem which i nvr heard b4 is that these prograsm u use to download stuff slow ur comp bc they use ur proccesor when ur not and that everntually slows it, i forgot how. But he said if u get divx web player it does the same thing. So great, forget downloading!!?

On our general teen chat forum, we are able to able to assign user ranking according to the amount of posts a member has and we were looking for some creative ideas. So far we have Newbie, but we would like names from 0-15 posts, 16-40, 41-65,66-100, 101-200, 300+ , but we are interested in any general ranking titles.

hi, My mother lives in Virgina and she cannot get high speed internet (cable or DSL) in her area. Is there a way ( know there is satellite but from what I hear it is expensive and it's only high speed one way..) to get high speed internet without paying an arm and a leg instead of using dial up? Just had Talk Talk broadband installed today 3 or 4 days after the go live date, they never sent our wireless modem out despite the countless different stories we recieved from their call centres then, they sent us a diifferent letter as if we'd just started!
We had to go down to the carphone warehouse to see what the story was, also on our mail most of our address was missing!
Is this what to expect from most broadband companies, or is it just talk talk?

Ok so first off, I play runescape a lot so I can talk to my friendz, and its xtreemly frustrating when the website won't work when i need to tell my friendz somethin. The problem is that the website shows a white page similar to the 'this page can not be displayed' only it says, 'action cancelled.' my computer has done this with myspace, runescape, and my email. It sometimes helps to restart my computer or reboot the internet, but it hasnt been helping lately. Does anyone know how to help me get the website working again??
