I was suckered into a fake second chance offer through a fake ebay email. I sent the guy $203.00 through the Western Union and I'm pretty sure everything is done and I can't get my money back. Lesson learned I suppose. Is there anything I can do to this guy?

Do you know for sure who it is? Are you in the US? Are they in the US? If so, you could call the police. I doubt that they will do anything, but it could be another piece of the puzzle for them.

Try going to Ebay and see if they will help. They are suppose to be getting tougher on scammers.
