i click on the "compose an email" button, and i dont know what to do from there. when i click on "select a recipent" there's no one to choose from. what do i do??!

Infront of the To: field, enter different e-mail address which you know and then send a test e-mail to them and then add them in yor address book.......... you can then select them later throjugh yojur address book.

Maybe you have to populate the address book before you start? Type in an e address (your own) just to see what else happens next. Learn as you go.

Write the add of whom you will send. You put that add in your add book. Do this with all your contacts.
