would you recommend AT&T highspeed internet service. Time Warner has poor customer service and has just about worn out their welcome in my home.

I had a geocities free site, it is now gone, what is the easiest way to find it (search turns up nothing) and with all the new restrictions,(the format of the site name is different) what is a better free homepage to use that is more likely not to dissapear? I don't want to use the one related to my isp. Before that I had an msn communities instead, but they did away with that too... I'd really like to get access to the old geocities site I had and see if I can revive it, but so far I get no good answer with that area; only others asking same question and saying they are looking for another place due to page linking problems and tos. thanks

My computer can't go to a few sites (so far, the I cannot Google.com, Incompetech.com, and Seraph-inn.net, that I know of) and cannot ping many sites it can go to as well, (so far, I've failed to get a response from yahoo.com, gaiaonline.com, usta.com, and there are definitely more that I just haven't tried yet) I have tried to figure out what might cause this, and I have run out of ideas.

i have recieved many forwards which say that so and so has such and such problem, usually a disease, and that they will receive money every time someone forwards that email. i would like to know if there emails are for real, or am i wasting my time forwarding them. Also i would like to know how the email services keep track of such mails, coz there must b millions of them.

Only happens when I close out internet explorer though. This error reads..." the instruction at 0x62304390 reference memory at 0x62304390 the memory could not be read.

I bought a Advent 7111 laptop from PC World and you get a free upgrade to windows vista but you have to contact a company called moduslink and fill in your details and pay £16.10 for P&P but everytime you phone them up they say they dont know when you will get it but you will defo get it can anyone help me on when i can expect to recieve it and if there is anyway i can hurry this process up because it is anoyying thanks

I've been asked to sell some of my grandad's rare first edition books over the internet and don't know how to go about it to get a good price for them! i don't really think eBay is the best place because there isn't the market for that sort of thing and people on there are just looking for complete bargains.. any suggestions as to where to start selling?
