I bought a Advent 7111 laptop from PC World and you get a free upgrade to windows vista but you have to contact a company called moduslink and fill in your details and pay £16.10 for P&P but everytime you phone them up they say they dont know when you will get it but you will defo get it can anyone help me on when i can expect to recieve it and if there is anyway i can hurry this process up because it is anoyying thanks

Have you contacted Microsoft? You don't even know if the company that you've been dialing with is a licensed distributor.

Not shure, but don't get excited about Vista, i hear it is terrible. Allways having conflicts with other programs,you'll also see the "blue screen of death" often.
