It say Dating, but, read the intro and at the bottom where you sign up. It state this not a Dating Site (Though it "May" lead to that) and give you a link for those. Here you can enter how you want people to show up for e-pals. Anytime you e-pal, emotions can stir, so choose well who you really want to communicate with. You pick men, and I promise there be some who will fall in love, maybe women too.
Examples of profile are; Men, Women, Both. US, World. etc. etc.
If, you get someone who Harass you just Block them (Something like that) it will warn you, once they Blocked there no getting them back. If, you find you not like the Site, just stop going there and it Delete you from the system after some time of inactivity.

I used to prefer using http://www.interpals.net but it kinda went downhill a few years ago, getting swamped with pop-up adverts + ActiveX controls that try to download sh*t onto your computer.
The site is still usable now I've ditched Microsoft Internet Explorer, and replaced it with Mozilla Firefox2 (with built-in pop-up blocker, and other protection) + SPYBOT: SEARCH & DESTROY (with TeaTimer protection install option loaded) to keep the cr*p at bay

I'm currently working on one of my own @ http://penpals.john-duck.co.uk to replace an earlier effort (too many undesirables abusing the automated sign-up, so building new one so can approved and add adverts manually), but haven't had time to create the sign-up form yet.
