Only happens when I close out internet explorer though. This error reads..." the instruction at 0x62304390 reference memory at 0x62304390 the memory could not be read.

Why is this happening...? any clue.

The instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390". The memory could not be 'read'.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

Using IE6.0, I went to the Tools menu -> Manage Add-Ons, and disabled the addtional unnecessary features (which were also major memory hogs, like A-O-HeLL); and viola! - error gone.

this usually means that you closed the page,or navigated to another page while the memory was reading something,and was unable to finish.

theres some sort of broswer bar or other IE add on that is causing it to crash like that....

you need to research information on Broswer Bars ans Browser helper objects...
