How come i cant delete this folder?

And when i download files it doesnt give me the option to open or save as it just automatically downloads and closes the window.

Loading any audio or video clips while on line or just listening to audios pauses and aren't clear enough to hear properly. Why is this happening? Streaming seems to be very hesitant and slow. Don't receive the full understanding because of this hesitation in my clips. Please advise as to what to do. I'm using Windows ME program software on my system.

I am referring to a wireless router that i just purchased. I'm afraid to use it without the connection saying it's secure in the list of wireless network connections. Can someone tell me how to make sure this connection is secure please? I have obtained a key but it doesn't seem to make a difference when I enter it....UGH!!

..sharing programs to download anything from software to videos and movies. Even I have done that. I was reading in a leading Indian computer magazine that in some countries this is considered "illegal", because the entertainment industry is thus losing a lot of money Is it illegal in U.S.A. ? So if someone downloads movies in America, does he/she have to pay for that besides the broadband charge !!? In India no such cyber laws have still been implemented.........I am not talking here about 'other' cyber related crimes, but what I have said above (downloading), I don't consider that a 'crime'.
