Control Panel > Network & Internet Connections > Internet Options > Delete > Delete All. Good Luck.

go to tools internet options clear history then go to delete cookies but no matter what you do it can be found unless you use a drive scrubber to permanatly delet the files

If its a file saved somewhere else you click on it hit delete and click yes
