Loading any audio or video clips while on line or just listening to audios pauses and aren't clear enough to hear properly. Why is this happening? Streaming seems to be very hesitant and slow. Don't receive the full understanding because of this hesitation in my clips. Please advise as to what to do. I'm using Windows ME program software on my system.

Windows ME is a poor operating system. What you should do is upgrade to XP. But that's not what's affecting your audio and video. The problem is that you aren't downloading the video quick enough. So the media player begins to play the video, if it hasn't downloaded all the way it stops playing the video or "pauses" once it has downloaded more of the video it will begin to play what is downloaded. The faster the connection the quicker the download will be. If you have a fast connection it could be a issue with the server that the song or video is on. But most "pausing" is due to the video not being downloaded quick enough while it is being played.
