Yahoo and Angelfire. But, if you're asking the technical question of 'how,' many websites will require that you upload pages to them without an automated file transfer system. In those, you have to code webpages as notepad docuements having the .html extension, and upload them accordingly.

Register here and they will give you instructions as you register as to how to upload your page. Remember your .html/.htm home page file must be titled index.html or index.htm. Have fun!
