how can i upload a pic from my photo file to a website?

Usually the website will have a form with a 'browse' button. Click that. Click on your file. Then there's usually a 'Ok' button. Click that.

Go to file manager on the website then go to uploads and then when you click on the button for upload it should be the files in your computer then just located it.
