I have a piczo.com website, and someone anonymously left a mean comment.about a friend of mine. When you make comments, you leave your ip address. I was wondering how you can track where and who's computer it is. For free, preferably just over the internet.
Please help me.

You could find out where the location generally is of the IP.. such as the state or city but I suspect you already know that. It is very hard to locate the specific owner of the IP as the persons ISP will usually use dynamic IP allocation, that means their clients IP changes every few days. So most likely the IP you have is not their current IP anyway.

I think you can just put those numbers into your address bar and it go to that ISP.
