something has happened to my computer. when it starts up, i get a messege on the desktop that says windows has encountered an unexpected error and has shut down your active desktop.when i go to control panel and try to change my background it won't let me do anything. thescreen saver and all other programs work fine, i just cant change my background. it's all white with that messege on it. i can, however change the color of my background just not the picture on it. and even when i change the color the messege comes back and it goes back to white in a couple of days.i don't get. can someone help?

it wont let me upload them directly on myspace because it says they are too big, and i can upload them on youtube for the same reason.. photobucket also doesnt work. is there another website i can use?
