exactly what him above me said! I was really suspicious of these internet phone things - but with skype I've spoken to my sister in new zealand nearly every day - absolutely free!! all you need is headphones with a little mouthpiece attached, which are really cheap (no handset phone needed), then download skype off the internet. even a technophobe like me can use it! by the way, you'd have to tell the person you want to call to get skype too else it wont work

Buy an internet phone or headset - dirt cheap.
Then download the software from www.skype.com

i tried `skype` just by signing up. and it works..but you will need a micraphone..i could hear my friend in marbella, but could not talk to her, only type in a message
