Comcast only offers cable.

I would say that phone companys offer dsl, and comcast is cable so they oviously offer cable internet. Price, well call them, it varys per area, I can tell you my dsl service from at&t is $14/month

Depends where you live - but I have only seen and been offered Cable internet service. Depending on where you live cable is better anyway, DSL is based on location to the closest station, and the upload speeds are bad or nonexistent in certain areas.
