Can you help me with a computer cleanup issue?

Can you direct me to a safe and reputable website which would analyze and repair my unresolved computer issues? I found RegistrySmart but I don't know if it is okay to use this particular website. Please advise me as my provider has been totally useless.

I found filehippo.com to be pretty good for safe downloads. I downloaded C-Cleaner & a couple of others from them & I've had no problems. Spybot Search & Destroy is great too & it's free!

I use CCleaner to clean up my Registry, it's free and very reputable. Be sure to create a backup when it prompts you, just in case.
