I've been searching this up on the internet and can't find anything - maybe I'm not using the right keywords or something. I'm trying to look for information on whether there is any state or government regulations (or taxes) on a website that sells items. (i.e. to set up your own website selling for instance, shoes, do you have to notify government and pay taxes?). Really need to know for a friend. If you have any links to info websites that would be GREAT and the best, I can't just tell my friend a quote, have to have a source or something. Thanks in advance!

How on EARTH do spammers think subject lines like these are going to attract me (or anyone) into opening a piece of email? Even if we DIDN'T have spam filters now that dump garbage like this into our spam/bulk mail folders, would anyone actually read an email with such an inane, senseless title? It screams "spam!" from a mile away. *chuckle*

I guess I don't understand why spammers use "random word generator" programs, or whatever they're called, to come up with subject lines for the junk they send out. If they truly want me to read it, they should at least TRY to fool me into thinking it's real and opening it, by using a REAL title! Don't you think? I guess this just shows the desperate stupidity of spammers. :( Definitely some of the ugliest parasites in today's society.

Her Outlook Express works for both send and receive, but she cannot get into IE any which way. Diagnostic check says all is well with connection. Have tried everything listed. The LAN linked router has an IP which ends in .10 which 'Network Diagnostics' passed, but the default gateway is identical but without the final '0' and any reference in the list to this is shown as 'failed'. Her virus program says it is updating ok so why can't IE be accessed. 'System restore to a time before collapse hasn't solved the problem. Virus scan says her computer XP home edition is clean.

I do on line surveys and have money depsited in paypal. Come to find out, you need a credit card or bank account to get your money. They do not tell you this when you open a paypal account. So I have $ sent to paypal to give to me, yet I can not get it. I did everything to get it. Even paypal says under FAQ that you don't have to have a bank acct. or credit card #. I called customer service, and they say I do. What rip off and what do I do?

Yesterday, I was looking for some Classic Rock music for my son on Ebay. After putting in a search for the band Deep Purple, up came pornographic images from Ebay. Rev Kono is, I believe, Polish, and was a minister at St. Francis Xavier Church before he was appointed Administrator at St. Therese Church in North Ft Myers, FL. He apparently lives off the premises of the church due to lack of space and resides in Sabal Springs in North Fort Myers. sorry guess my original question was kinda vague lol. ok plentyoffish is like a free online dating site, very cool, by the way. but i bin trying all day long n it jus keeps sayin internet explorer cannot display the page. it was working fine yesterday n early this morning at 2am. but since 11am i have bin trying with no sucess to get into it. i have cleared all my cookies n history browsers etc but still cant get in.

I have People PC. Here are the problems:
1-When I click on the PeoplePC icon I get unknown error message. I can get to one or two pages (never yahoo!) but I cannot navigate away from any page.
2-PeoplePC home page give "Cannot find page" error message even though Auto detect settings is checked.
3-Cannot get anywhere near Yahoo! or any mail account, including peoplePC mail.
4-Tried to delete PeoplePC and reinstall. I went to delete programs and deleted it. When I attempted to reinstall it told me there is a newer version installed and I should uninstall first. But People PC does not appear on the list in add/remove programs.
5-Using search, I can find People PC in programs but it won't let me delete it because it tells me someone is using it, even though no one is on it.

Also, cannot open Hoyle Solitare game. I click, got the hour glass then-nothing.

Please help, we're going nuts!!!
