Can you help me send html email from Outlook?

What is the correct way? What should the file be like? Help me, I need it.

Just go to Format and choose Rich Text. You can paste in other html features from another program (I build in web page editor to import 8-10 photos at a time instead of one at a time in Outlook, add notes and copy and paste)
If you explore in the Tools/options, you can set the default for your e-mail to rich or plain text if you wish.
