There are lots of people on the internet. It should be very easy to find at least one. I am one, and there are many others here on Yahoo! Answers if you don't find me entirely satisfactory.
If you're trying to find a specific person, it's more complicated. Type their name into Google with "quotation marks" to find everyone with their exact name. Unfortunately lots of people have the same name so that doesn't always work.
You could try searching the members of websites that you think they may have signed up to. For example, Friends Reunited, Facebook, MySpace etc.
Can't really help without any further information I'm afraid.

Try Friends Reunited (for school, college, university, work etc) or do a general search and see what comes up.
