I get this message all the time when I am not connected to the internet............

when I connect to the internet my connection is not constant each time. Sometimes its a bit fair and sometimes its goes to worse. I mean my connection can be 4.8 mpbs and when I disconnect and connect again it may change to 26 mpbs. When I tried with another line and the connection was good as 52 mpbs. what my be the cause?

Every time I try ot sign up a message keeps appearing saying, "Sorry, a user name can only contain letters and numbers. ' ' is not a valid character." I have tried to sign up about 30 times but I can't because of this message - I never use any unvalid characters, just letters! And my computer is not the problem either as I have tried to sign up on multiple computers - but the same message keeps occuring! HELP!
