Every time I try ot sign up a message keeps appearing saying, "Sorry, a user name can only contain letters and numbers. ' ' is not a valid character." I have tried to sign up about 30 times but I can't because of this message - I never use any unvalid characters, just letters! And my computer is not the problem either as I have tried to sign up on multiple computers - but the same message keeps occuring! HELP!

This help page says you must have cookies turned on. Are they turned on on your computer?

Also, is your user name all one word? It won't multiple words with spaces in between.

Are you trying to include a single-quote character in your name?

Try a very simple name like abcd1234 (a typical 8 characters long) as a test, not the name you really want. If its okay, pick a name in the same style.

did you check your e-mails...go through your e-mail account and
sign up that way. I had similar problems, but it was a matter of
choosing the right username and password.
Try entering a very unique username/password.
