First off make sure you have nothing "personal" on your page. Secondly make sure you screen your myspace comments friends can leave so no one gives out any personal information. Then you must go to forums that intrest you and start asking people to be your friend. Ive only had my myspace page for a year and I already have hundreds of friends, and do you want to know something cool most all of them are people I have met, and some are pretty cool bands. I also have some famous people like Jennifer Tilly who I met at a poker turney. I also have the "real" Lucy Lawless. Models are the ones you should start with. I'm friends with a photographer that has taken some great model pics, and he introduced me to some models, (they always like my piercings) and from there tons of people!!!

More friends on myspace does not denote more popularity. It is only a number. I have less than 20 on mine, 18. You probably have more than I do.

I'm guessing you mean "want" more friends. Probably a good way to make friends is to find people with common interests, like music, movies, books, and other topics. Also, a good rule of thumb to make friends is to ask a lot of insightful questions. You could add a survey to your page, and see if people like your responses (even make your own survey too). If you REALLY want to study the art of making friends, I can recommend the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. It's kinda old school, but there's lots of insight in to how to make valuable friendships.

this is an automatic adder.
it has a trial period of 30 minutes before it asks you to buy it for $47.
don't do this.
just restore your system to before you installed the program and then reinstall it.
keep doing this until you get desired amount of friends.

Try facebook. You can search by people's first and last names, networked cities, join interest groups, and so forth!

Just add random people, join clubs, and participate in chats.

But if you have all those friends, are they really your friends?

Don't add people you don't know. It's highly unsafe just having one at all.
