Clearing History and temp files in InternetOptions will only clear your surf history list. I believe the following is what u need:
Adjusting AutoComplete Settings
To modify your settings for the AutoComplete feature or clear all items from the list of form or password suggestions, follow these steps in Internet Explorer:
1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Content tab.
3. Click AutoComplete.
4. Click the appropriate AutoComplete check boxes, or click Clear Forms or Clear Passwords to clear all saved items from the appropriate AutoComplete history.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Go to http://www.ccleaner.com/ to download CCleaner. "It's a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!"

Go into your internet settings in your control panel, make sure that you have selected the check box that disables the machine from saving this info in the first place, then as soon as you log off the internet your history will dissapear too. You can also delete the temporary internet files in the same way.

easy... go to "tools" in your internet browser taskbar... (at the top)... find "internet options"..(its usually at the very bottom) and on the first tab "general" you will see "browsing history".
there you can clear all your history, your cookies and any other stuff you need to.
hope this helps...
