Upload it to yousendit.com. Send her the link to the file after it's uploaded.

If your business uses Adobe Acrobat, you can convert the file to a much smaller .pdf file and then e-mail.

Even if you don't have the full acrobat program, if you have a fax machine that e-mails, you can usually scan the file, convert to .pdf, then e-mail the file.

If you are on a LAN connection, one in which you have a corporate 'intranet' account, there are usually shared folders that everyone can access. You can move the file into a shared folder and your co-worker can view it. You may need to get permission to move a large file into such a folder, but usually a call to your IT department can let you gain permission for at least a one-time deal or for a temporary amount of time.

You can also upload the document to a website, if you have one available, and have your co-worker go there & download or view.

Good Luck!

you could send using 'send file' in yahoo messenger. if both of you do not have yahoo id's then you could go to www.xdrive.com and open an account there for free. its allows storage and also other people to share very large files.

Run your Ftp server. If that file is an Application or an Access Database and you want to share it all the time buy WiFi adapters.

A really good way is to use FTP. FTP over SSL is secure, so if you have large confidential files to transfer:

I recommend Filezilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/ ). They make both an FTP client and an FTP server. One of you needs to run the server, the other the client.

I would set up a torrent for it if you can send them. It is an easy way , but many ISP's block it's traffic because of piracy. If that doesnt work i would probably dropload.com. Rapidshare will work, but probably slowly because they limit his number of downloads per hour (unless he has a paid account) Hope you find a way

You can get free zip programs anywhere. Just download one and zip the file and email it. Works for me.
