Has anyone ever traded with him?? Well i paid for 14 items and he did show me proof that it was shipped.I sent this claim to paypal:

i bought 14 soccer jerseys off eBay and paid with paypal.After the transaction was over he became an NARU(not a registered user)on ebay. I find that suspicious that right after me paying he becomes non registered. i contacted him on email and he said that he has shipped the items but i need some kind of proof that it was shipped. ex of email he sent me it was shipped: I just wanted to let you know that I've shipped your auction winnings as detailed below. my website, I taped a 4 minute clip on a dvd of the Dog Whisperer, now how in the world do I put it on my website, also do I need something special to be able to put it on my computer?? a dvd drive or dvd burner, at the moment I only can play cd's on my computer, and I can only play dvd's on my laptop, so does that mean I need something else to be able to do this??

Hello all,
So here is what I mean:
Something like a free internet encyclopedia...but by free I mean "FREE".
For example, you know that if you search for "George Bush" in Wikipedia... it opens only one page about "George Bush" where are mentioned only facts, but not personal opinions.
What I want to create is...imagine wikipedia but if you type: "George Bush"
the results will be tens of articles about George Bush each one written from people like you and each one containing personal view at the subject. This way the user who searches will find for sure better information for what she/he searches.
Something like using the search of internet forum but since in the
forums there are comments on every topic and noone uses search function, I think the idea for a "Free encyclopedia" is the right thing.

I have already went to internet options and make sure the that show pictures is checked. This only happens when I clean out my cach and empty my temporary internet files, history, cookies etc. then when I go to a web page that has pics, some of the pics show and others are just red x. They all showed before I emptied the files in tools. whats going on? and how do I get all the pics to show again? this frustrates me. thanks.
