I would like to be able to place a photo of a kid on nemo background ...can someone help me?

it is a print out that i need but how I can place this face on a different background that can look natural

Nemo is copyrighted, so you won't find anywhere on the web where you can do this. If you want to do it on your own, then you need Photoshop or something similar. This is rather complicated software, so it would be best if you found someone to do it for you unless you are willing to invest some time to learn it.
