Assuming you have Windows, use Windows Media Player to "rip" the clip from the DVD and put it on your computer. Then you can upload it to your website.

If you are still having trouble, I can be reached at kevin__-chen@yahoo.com. And yes, there are two underscores (_).

~~~Disclaimer~~~
If you do not own the rights to the Dog Whisperer, you cannot put it up...that's what is getting people in trouble at YouTube. You cannot put up copyrighted work if you do not own the copyright and also making your own edited changes to anothers copyrighted work does not make it yours unless you have specific written permission.
~~~now to answer your question~~~
To put it on your computer, if you have it saved to a format like wmv or something similar, you can transfer the file via network or usb key, or burn it to a cd...it would be better to go ahead and upgrade your computer to a double layer DVD burner...

To put it on a website you would probably need to convert the file to a flash type .swf file for the best results for your website.
