Happyjeepo ebay scammer?

Has anyone ever traded with him?? Well i paid for 14 items and he did show me proof that it was shipped.I sent this claim to paypal:

i bought 14 soccer jerseys off eBay and paid with paypal.After the transaction was over he became an NARU(not a registered user)on ebay. I find that suspicious that right after me paying he becomes non registered. i contacted him on email and he said that he has shipped the items but i need some kind of proof that it was shipped. ex of email he sent me it was shipped: I just wanted to let you know that I've shipped your auction winnings as detailed below. Site: eBay.com Item Number: 140070554115 Title: Soccer Jersey CHELSEA AWAY DROGBA Sz.M 2006 WHITE Seller Email: [e-mail] Quantity: 1 Price: $4.99 Your item has been shipped. Thanks for your purchase! Please email me at [e-mail] if you have any questions. He also only sent 10 of those emails when i ordered 14 items.

WAT SHOULDI DO? wAIT 10-14 DAYS N SEE IF IT COME OR FILE EBAY?

Ask him for tracking numbers on all of the shipments; then, you should be able to track the shipments from the shipping company's website. If the tracking numbers are bogus or he refuses to provide them, then "file ebay". There's no reason for you to just wait 10-14 days without knowing anything.

what i suggest is you to wait if the item arrive or not.
u cant do anyhing rite now..

i think he becomes NARU due to he's selling replica jersey..
