Internet - November 2006

When customizing your profile, there's a section you can give a URL for any song you can find on the net (or so I'm guessing.) I can't seem to figure out where to find a song's URL. I want to put Enya's "Boadicea" on my profile. Before you ask, yes, I have already found Enya's myspace page, but Boadicea isn't up there, so I can't just click "add."

i keep getting a web page popping up, it just appears randomly, my internet is always connected, and sometimes i come back to my computer (even after it has been in standby or hybernation mode) and the site will be there.

there is no address line, but at the top and on the little tab at the bottom of the screen it says something along the lines of:
C:/WINDOW/system32/@#*# or something along those lines. i go into my C:/ folder, and can't find it in there o delete.

How can I get rid of it andstop it from coming up?

i have been using yahoo mail and i want to send a document file.. i usually attach it at the compose section of the yahoomail but it takes a very long time in attaching the file because it scans first..

can you suggest me another faster way in sending a file through email?my uncle needs the file immediately..pls help..

I live in a dilema. I love highspeed internet, but highspeed is 17 miles away and will not be here for quite some time or perhaps forever. Verizon said that building a tower would cost around $60,000 and would take forever to see returns on that, because the town I live in is so small (650 people).

Is there a way I can set up my own highspeed network in my house that's both practical (costwise) and easy to set up or have someone install?

nearly every video except 2 that i have tried to watch keep on stopping then after about 20 seconds start again then stop and so on does this happen to you aswell? any idea what the problem is please?

When I go to log into my myspace acount I enter all of my information, it starts loading the next page, and then it complety exits me out of my internet. This happens when I try to search for people on myspace, search for schools, search for groups or try to contact myspace. This happens to me every single time and it is driving me crazy! I recently signed up for a new MSN hotmail account and got very annoyed by the emails and ads from from MSN. All my friends are on Windows Live Messenger so I thought it'll just be easy to use hotmail. It's a free service and I know I shouldn't comlain too much. But I'm ready to switch if it doesn't get better. When you first got your email account from msn or yahoo or gmail, what did you find most helpful from the company? what annoyed you the most?
