why does keystrokes take so long to appear in we search?

When typing in the search engine the words take forever to appear.

try clearing the history, cookies and cache on your comp. in internet explorer go to options and then internet options. for firefox press and hold CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE...hope that helps...good luck

Something must be running on your computer that's intercepting keystrokes; may be a simple auto-word-completion feature in the Browser.
