There is so much copyrighted material on Youtube, I was wondering if most people who upload it really own the copyright or just ignore the rule. And if they don't own the copyrights, would they ever get in trouble for it?

HA! They ignore that rule sooo much! And if you upload copyrighted material onto youtube, I think they just delete your account and videos, if it ever gets reported to them. Or somtimes the owner of the copyright deletes them.

Nope. they dont.
Those who own the copyrights to their videos are designated by a logo that they do.

so about 90% of all tv shows on their are there illegally.
