On IE go to Tools/Internet Options

Under Privacy, click "Advanced"

Untick override automatic cookies handling if it is ticked.

It has to show "Accept" for first and third party cookies"

You need to go to:

On FireFox

Tools--> Options--> Privacy--> Cookies--> Check the Accept Cookies--> Change the box below that to "Until they expire"

On IE

Tools-->Internet Options--> Privacy--> Set the Scroll bar to Low, or Accept All Cookies(These are the lowest two options on the scroll bar)

open internet explorer>>>tools>>internet option>>>privacy>>>advance>>>put acheck mark on enable cookies
