No matter what I do a pop up called POPCORN keeps showing up. How can I delete it?

Is there a programme that is almost 100% safe for downloading music or are file sharing programmes as risky as eachother??? Also I'm looking for a free one!
At the moment I'm using Limewire but apparently its not very safe and also its slows down my compute so is there maybe a better one?

I am not a computer guru.
I am finding that when I receive mail with attachements or phots, they are blocked or seperated from the messages. If I can see then and forward the mail, the person receiving them canot see them,
I tried sending from hotmail to yahoo account and they get sperated and find them at the botom of yahoo mail sperated form the message. anyone else haing this problem?
tried all mail settings and nothing stops it. Of course you cant get to hotmail to ask them.

I decided to increase the performance of my pc by installing the entire kit and kaboodle and it worsened it by 100%! It is supposed to be a 400% increase on the performance. Please help!!!!!! I like Firefox, but this really sucks!

I want to get ceap hosting for a website, im currently with 1&1 but its quite expensive. I have been looking around and have found a company called Heart Internet. The website is heartinternet.co.uk. i don't know if to sign up with this webiste and get a web address for £5.18 or is there another, cheaper or better company to sign up to?
