is there something error with yahoo and hotmail?

I can't open yahoo. But when I click on subject to ee the detail orWhen I open the attachment it got error*(the page cann't play).Have you ever got error the same?If so Can you tell me why?

Yes, I think so. I used to meet this problem like but yahoo and hotmail are only temporary error.Eg In the evening it got error but in the morning it works nomorlly.
