You haven't specified which e-mail client you are using so these steps might not be exactly word for word the same as your setup but you should get the gist.

If they are sent as attachments:
1. Open the email with the attachments you want to keep.
2. File menu
3. Save attachments
4. Choose the disk and folder you want to save them to.

If they are embedded in the e-mail:
1. Right-click on pic.
2. Choose save.
3. Choose the disk and folder you want to save them to.

Easiest way, right click on pic, select Save Picture As , box pops up, select where to save, and click Save.

what he said, plus pick a name and place youll know ("octpic.jpg, save it to your desktop) then put the formatted disc in the drive, right click the pic on your desktop, select save as, a: octpic.jpg
