You mean auto-complete?
Go to your Toolbar settings , then select Toolbar Options. Under "Search Box", you should tick "Auto complete"

their is no auto fill in yahoo toolbar but if you want it then
you can get it from google toolbar. it has a more accurate
speed and search can be made and cleared ,so you must
try the google toolbar . http://www.google.com

auto complete should be at the top go to tools then internet options its there i think
