I want to get ceap hosting for a website, im currently with 1&1 but its quite expensive. I have been looking around and have found a company called Heart Internet. The website is heartinternet.co.uk. i don't know if to sign up with this webiste and get a web address for £5.18 or is there another, cheaper or better company to sign up to?

I would personally recommend looking into some of the American providers. You can find a very good hosting plan for $4.99, and if they accept your card type, they don't give a monkeys where you live.
$4.99 translates in £ as about £2.81ish, last time I checked. It can be a very good idea to look into!
Two hosts I recommend are htttp://www.incognitonetworks.com and http://ace-host.net
Don't get put off by the name "Ace Host", it actually is a really good host!

If you have Sky TV their internet is free even if you take the top package its only £10
