When I click the history tab it shows all the sites I've been to. I was just wondering if it is possible to prevent them from having the option of being deleted when you right click it. Like some option button I can turn on and off. I need to see what sites people are getting on, on my computer (without them deleting their history), but I don't want to block those sites. (For an experiment)

What is a good p2p program that does not have viruses or spyware, that is alot like bearshare. I've tried limewire, frostwire, kazaa, winmx, and ares. Are there more out there, that are just as good as bearshare without the viruses?

I like to surf the web at work. Some is litgitimate stuff, some is porn and the like. My computer is hooked up to the work network and my employer can moniter now what sites I visit on the web. Can I, if at all, bypass this Big Brother monitering of my internet use without them knowing about it??

I mean, does it go to the processor, and anything input into it is processed accordingly? Or is each port proprietary to what its used for? Is this just a vast bank of open areas to the processor? Once again, be as detailed and technical as you like. I am smart enough to understand big words.

my phone company have just sent me my new modem so i receive faster internet.its bt voyger 220v router.it came with disc to load in and i should follow instructions.when i do this will i lose any data from my pc?will everything just stay the same but it will just go faster?

I know how the computer itself works, I'm A+ certified, but I never got into the internet and network technology. I mean I know how to use it, I just don't completely understand how it works. Starting with the modem/NIC all the way to the actual internet access.

I do not have BT line and no NTL in my area. I want a minimum contract term preferable 6 or less months. The property I am living in is new one and does not have BT line previously either. I am temperoraliy in UK at most for 6 months.
