I do not have BT line and no NTL in my area. I want a minimum contract term preferable 6 or less months. The property I am living in is new one and does not have BT line previously either. I am temperoraliy in UK at most for 6 months.

Guys..if you leave the UK, are you still in contract? If yes, how much is the £££ payable?

You can get a BT line put in, or if there are phone sockets in the house, reactivated. You would pay one-off for the line fitting, and a rolling monthly/quarterly for line rental.
You could then apply for ADSL for your phone line.

If this is not a good solution, then your options are very limited. You can use internet as said above, in the library for free, also there are often council places where internet is free.

You can get internet access via GSM using mobile phones though the speed is somewhat limited.

You'll have to get it via satellite if you don't have or can't get a phone line. The only provider which springs to mind is Avonline Broadband - http://www.avonlinebroadband.co.uk/ , but with the hefty set up and monthly costs, it's probably better just to get a phone line installed if you can.

Most broadband contracts are for minimum 12 months. I would use a library, you can use broadband for free there.

no line means no broadband. Except two-way satellite systems, which would cost a fortune.
Other alternative is mobile phone data comms, like vodafones data cards, but again, they are expensive and failry slow.

Be quite surprised if you cannot get a tel line though.
