i'm trying to create a drop down menu bar on my web page (like File Edit View, that kind of menu bar). can anyone give me and example code (preferably in asp or html) or atleast the link to a site with good tutorials?

www.brainjar.org on standard DHTML, ASP is a server thing, not related to menu bar.

This is a pretty good drop down menu that is done in CSS and javascript (but you don't really need to know them) and you can just edit the code to your liking. I've used this bar a few times and it works fairly well.

Don't be confused by the title, they are lists (ul) that are used for navigation bars.

search for deluxe menu. you could create a xp taskbar style menu from it!
