I know ASP.Net is normally supported by IIS. Does Apache have a shared library, DLL, plug-in, ... to support ASP.Net, too, for example, the same way as both IIS and Apache support PHP?

i have a dsl connection, so my internet connection is good. i might have messed around with my cookies settings. could this have slowed things down? i click on yahoo mail and it takes approximately 30 seconds to get into it -- same with deleting mail and replying. and it's not only yahoo that's slow. takes forever to get to some of my bookmarked pages, also. any thoughts?

I have a download program (ares) and I can use this program but I cannot open MSN messenger or internet explorer. I cannot view any internet page. I think connection is ok, but internet explorer doesn't work. How can I solve this?
