Do you mean, to transfer registrar or server names? If you are transferring a website to another hosting company, you need to ask the existing hosting company to change the named servers. If you also need to change the registar, ask the existing registrar that you want to change over to another hosting registrar.

Go to the service you are registered through and fill out the transfer forms. They will e-mail the current owner at the current e-mail to confirm.
