Many sites that I go to now to browse or to download from sa that their are " Now Beta Available " or " Beta Downloads Now Available ". I just downloaded LimeWire and figured that I would just do best getting both. Which do I need? Which is better for me to use? I just upgraded my system from Windows Me to Xp Pro. It's my first experience with Xp and it appears to be a whole new world. If you could give one piece of advice , one great benefit to this upgrade.......What would you tell me?......Thanks .....John.......jjck2727@yahoo.com

It looks like 1888 but I didn't think they made dollar bills that old.
All other numbers and letters I can read.
Looking for some where on the Internet that I can put the other numbers in and maybe it can then tell me how old it was.

I have a Windows XP desktop and was wondering if it's possible to block websites. I don't have certain ones in mind, but basically any site that may be too risque or adult natured. Also, if I do find exact site URL's, is it possible to specifically block those too? Thanks for any and all help.

I cant access this korean website. It says "page cannot be displayed.....DNS error." I could access it a couple of days ago but when I use anotehr computer, i could go on that site as well. Is the reason because I changed some language thing that made korean characters/sites "invalid" or something? I don't know how to fix either of the things. Thanks a lot.

Problems with my Internet Explorer Home Page setting. It will not stay on the home page I set it to. Whenever I close Internet Explorer the home page will change to about:blank? Is there a virus causing this or something and if so how can I remove it? Tried scanning several times with McAfee and to no avail.

I used to have an account with AOL and I used to be able to check my email from another computer.But since I have a new account(my other one was idle for 6 months), with a new screen name I cannot get in to check my mail.
Has anyone have a clue to why not?I guess I could call AOL but if I could do it myself on line, I'd rather not mess with a phone call.
Any help would be appreciated!

my laptop is not wireless yet. but i want to try and hook it up to my home computer network how can i do this... or is it possible? i have a cord that has 2 phone cord like plugs at each end. but i don't know what to do with it. i've tired unplugging my home computer wire that goes into the phone jack and plugging one of the laptop cords in there and hookin the other end to the laptop. but it still doesn't connect.

please help
