I used to have an account with AOL and I used to be able to check my email from another computer.But since I have a new account(my other one was idle for 6 months), with a new screen name I cannot get in to check my mail.
Has anyone have a clue to why not?I guess I could call AOL but if I could do it myself on line, I'd rather not mess with a phone call.
Any help would be appreciated!

Be sure to use the current screen name with your password these are case sensitive.
when try to check thru internet goto www.aol.com then use current id and current password.

Try the AOL Live help thing, its free, just go to AOL Keyword: LIVE HELP, they should be able to do something =)

I'd advice to get service else where... don't you know AOL is the worse there is!

aol sucks get optimun online its much faster, and its got better mail

make sure your old screenname and password are not saved on the computer
