Easy to use (user friendly). The premium services are outstanding. I haven't seen any others that provide anything close to the amount and quality of services.
The my yahoo page allows you to download modules of your interest. They provide access to modules of many different views. The other services provide, a usually, one sided list for you news and interest.

yahoo has a wide selection of catgories to choose from such as e-mail, games, groups,and is basically the same thing as google except it has more features
